How we handle accuracy, confidentiality and responsible use
Breath alcohol testing affects people's work and safety. These are the commitments RwandaBlow holds itself to, published so you can hold us to them.
Our commitments
Accuracy and calibration
Device accuracy depends on correct calibration and correct testing procedure. We state calibration intervals per device and track the next due date rather than implying permanent accuracy.
No invented credentials
We do not display approvals, certifications, registration numbers, awards, partnerships or customer names that we cannot evidence. Where something is pending, we say so.
Confidentiality of results
Test results belong to the organisation that conducted the test. RwandaBlow never publishes individual results and does not share them outside your authorised users.
Human decisions stay human
Our systems support authorised decision-makers. They do not terminate employment, penalise drivers, determine guilt, diagnose dependence or reach legal or medical conclusions.
Data protection
Personal and testing data is collected for stated safety purposes only, kept to what is necessary, and access is restricted to authorised users within your organisation.
Clear pricing conduct
Pricing is quoted in RWF against a specified configuration, including calibration, training and delivery where applicable, so there are no hidden line items later.
